Joyful Vedanta Session at Satven Hyderabad

A workshop on “Joyful Vedanta” was conducted on 13th December, 2023 and was facilitated by Prof. Srinivasan Ranganathan (Ranga).

The concepts of Sankalpa, Sadhana, and Shraddha were introduced and these concepts help one to aspire huge, function righteously and contribute deeply-while being in a state of “Joy”.

Diwali Celebrations at Satven Chennai office

Diwali celebrations at Chennai on 9th November 2023 was well received. It encouraged everyone to participate and have fun while decorating their bays. We had 5 teams participating, Team Green, Red, Yellow, Orange and Blue.

The winners were Team Orange and the runner-up were Team Green.

This was followed by a fashion show with our associates dressed up in ethnic wear. We had Loads of fun and celebration during the day!!

Strategic Business Orientation Session at Satven HQ

A session on Strategic Business Orientation was conducted by Mr. Riyaz Mulla, Head – Leadership Learning Services, Tech Mahindra.

The thought provoking session focused on the strengths, the challenges and the strategic customer road map. 36 leaders from Satven Hyderabad have participated in the interactive workshop.

Christmas & Newyear Celebrations at Satven Chennai Office

Satven’s Chennai office joyously celebrated Christmas and New Year on December 22nd 2023. The festivities include a delightful cake cutting ceremony and an engaging gift exchange game, fostering joy, laughter, and camaraderie in workplace.

Zumba Session at Satven Chennai Office

Zumba session was held on 7th February 2024 at Satven Chennai Office. The trainer made this session to be an exhilarating experience for everyone.

It was not only fitness workouts but also filled with a lot of fun activities. The experience was from proper hydration, maximizing calorie burn and improving fitness techniques.

Yoga Session at Satven Hyderabad Office

In the hustle and bustle of our daily tasks, it’s crucial to find moments of tranquillity and wellness. Last week, our team embarked on a rejuvenating journey right in the heart of our office – a Yoga session designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.

Led by a seasoned Yoga instructors, Ms. L Prasanna Kalhasthi & Mr. Samineni Ravi Kumar from KLNY Park Yoga Center, we explored various asanas, breathing techniques, and moments of mindful meditation. The session not only enhanced our physical flexibility but also instilled a sense of mental clarity and emotional balance, proving to be a refreshing break from our screens and schedules.

The benefits were immediate and palpable. Post-session, the atmosphere buzzed with energy, smiles were wider, and there was a noticeable uplift in team morale. It was a beautiful reminder of the importance of wellness in the workplace and how taking care of our collective well-being contributes to our productivity and creativity.

Christmas & New year Celebrations 2023 – Satven HQ

On December 20, Satven continued its tradition of festive celebrations, hosting a Christmas and New year event at our Hyderabad office terrace. Associates from across the globe joined virtually for the occasion.

Pastor Arun from the Life Changing Revival Center, accompanied by a talented group of singers, performed. The CEO Mr. Rao S Vadlamudi shared insights into our future plans, expressing gratitude for the team’s invaluable contributions. The event, including addresses from BDMs in USA, Mexico, Germany, China and Japan, was live-streamed.

Christmas cake was cut followed by various cultural performances by our talented associates including some dynamic dance sequences in sync with foot-tapping songs.

ARISE+ Foundation Hyderabad Center Inauguration

Satven proudly collaborated with Tech Mahindra Foundation in a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by participating in the inauguration of the TMF Arise+ project center in Hyderabad on 21st August 2023. The event was held at This collaboration reflects Satven’s commitment to making a positive impact in the community and supporting initiatives that contribute to social welfare.

Satven’s involvement in this special event with a focus on empowering individuals with speech and hearing impairments to pursue higher education, underscores its dedication to inclusivity and accessibility in education. Satven Super minds Competition – 2023

Satven recently hosted an engaging and intellectually stimulating quiz competition at its Hyderabad office, bringing together employees for a day filled with knowledge, camaraderie, and friendly competition. The event featured multiple rounds that spanned a diverse range of topics, ensuring a comprehensive test of participants’ general knowledge, current affairs awareness, sports acumen, entertainment insights, and even company-specific trivia.

The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with the enthusiastic participation, made the event a resounding success, highlighting Satyam Venture Engineering Services’ commitment to fostering a dynamic and intellectually stimulating workplace culture.

Ganesh Chathurthi Celebrations at Satven Hyderabad Office

Ganesh Festival was celebrated on 18th September, 2023 at Hyderabad. On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, a clay Ganesha idol was placed at the 3rd floor reception area. Mrs. and Mr. Rao S. Vadlamudi, along with other Associates performed the Pooja amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras.

Prior to the festival, a clay making Ganesha competition was a held to showcase the creative activity for the associates. It was impressive to see the associates create some spectacular Ganesha idols, showcasing their artistic skills. All the clay idols made by the associates were placed near the main idol during the 11 days of the festival adding to the beauty and vibrancy of the celebration

The traditional auction of the laddu on the final day of the festival was a delightful and engaging event. Our support department were successful in bidding for the auspicious laddu. The chanting of “Ganapati bappa moriya agle baras thu jaldi ah” followed by associates dancing to the beats of the dhol and the immersion of the idol at the Hussain Sagar Lake was a memorable and joyous way to conclude the festival.
