Satven Japan took part in the Aosaki Community Friendship Festival held on November 11 and 12 this year. This is the second time they actively chose to be a part of it.
The club aims to promote community pride by celebrating all the things that make town special. This time, the volunteers fostered international cultural exchange through ethnic cuisine, art, traditional clothing, and classic accessories.
It’s this exchange that makes for a steadfast base for a true Indo-Japan Experience, believes the club. His Excellency, incumbent Hiroshima governor, Hidehiko Yuzaki, visited the fest as part of last segment of his election campaign. He dropped in at the stall of Indo Hiroshima Club to congratulate the volunteers.
