The R&R awards & LSA were celebrated in Mexico with much enthusiasm and participation from everyone. Satven team including our CEO and Senior Management team, had an exciting and memorable day of recognition and awards ceremony and good food all day long. The Event was made special with the presence of our CEO, who spent a good time with the associates.

The R&R awards & LSA event was celebrated with excitement along with the Leadership team from India, followed by our CEO’s speech on Satven Achievements globally. Each associate was honored by the leadership team backed up by special messages on hard work & work ethics from the respective BDMs.

Automotive Engineering Exposition 2023 – Yokohama, Pacifico Yokohama

Gathering the collective wisdom of the automotive industry for Carbon Neutrality and Recycling –oriented society of the Future !!!

As the world accelerates its efforts to realize decarbonization and sustainability, Japan as well as many other countries and regions are making progress toward carbon neutrality. Recycling and creative collaboration are the keys for overcoming global-scale issues and achieving a sustainable society. The automotive industry has a wide-ranging and powerful impact on society as a whole, and initiatives to eliminate carbon over the whole vehicle life cycle are absolutely essential for achieving carbon neutrality. To successfully implement these initiatives, the automotive industry must move on from the conventional linear process of resource exploitation, manufacturing, and disposal, to a socially oriented recycling-based system focused on the 3Rs (reduce, reuse, and recycle). Although we are standing at the crossroads of transformation, it will be no easy matter to change our common values.

For this reason, we have to question conventional wisdom, look at things from new perspectives, and take on this challenge through a process of creative collaboration with new partners. We must ask ourselves, “What technologies will make people and the world happy?” and broaden our value chain to help create new value.

Satven Kid’s Day Out 2023 at Hyderabad Office Premises

35 kids aged between 6 and 15 attended this year’s special event

At Satven, we believe in fostering a family-friendly work environment and celebrating the joy of childhood. Continuing from where we left off in previous years, our associates’ children were invited to spend a day at our office premises this year too. It was a day filled with fun, learning, and as it turned out, it created lasting memories for both the kids and their parents.

The office was transformed into a vibrant and welcoming space and the atmosphere was one of excitement and happiness. The event started with a warm welcome from the management team, expressing their delight at having the little ones join us for the day.

The children were introduced to their parent’s colleagues, creating a sense of belonging right from the get-go.

To make the day engaging and educational, various activities and workshops were organized throughout the office premises. Children had the opportunity to explore different departments and learn about the diverse roles and responsibilities within the company.

The highlight of the day was the innovative “Take Your Child to Work” session, where each child was paired with their parent and got to experience their daily tasks and responsibilities first-hand.

Throughout the day, there were breaks for snacks and refreshments, with a dedicated area filled with delicious treats and healthy snacks. The office cafeteria served a special lunch menu that catered to the preferences of our young guests, ensuring they had a sumptuous culinary experience.

As the day came to an end, each child received a small token of appreciation, such as a personalized picture or a goody bag filled with gifts and stationery. Parents expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to spend quality time with their children at their workplace and appreciated the effort put into conceptualizing and organizing such a memorable event.

This year’s Children’s Day Out served as a reminder of the importance of work-life balance and the value we place on our associates’ families. It fostered a sense of camaraderie, teamwork, and a shared commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive workplace. This event will be remembered as a momentous red-letter day when our office was filled with laughter, curiosity, and the boundless energy of children.

Satven Sankalp

Recognizing the need to re-invent and re-brand ourselves, as well as commit ourselves to higher growth trajectories, Satven’s annual business plan meet was held from the 3rd till the 7th of April 2023 in the outskirts of Hyderabad.

The FY24 growth workshop was aptly named “Sankalp”, a deep Sanskrit word which is actually difficult to translate in modern languages such as English – it broadly means Resolution, Determination, Commitment, Intention, and Resolve.

The annual business plan meeting is a crucial event for the organization, as it sets the direction and goals for the subsequent financial year. Senior management representing various departments from all geographies (that we are operating in) participated in this landmark event.

During the days of the workshop, our past performance was presented by the management team along with FY24 focus areas as per geography, practice, and function. Strategies for growing at an accelerated pace, new technology areas, initiatives to improve productivity were all identified and discussed.

The workshop provided a timely opportunity for participants to express their ideas, provide feedback, discuss potential roadblocks, and collaborate on possible solutions.

It helped stakeholders align with and commit to achieving the organization’s ambitious goals.

Electrify 2023 Event at Satven Chennai

This is one of those super exciting times for us at the editorial desk. We were thoroughly entertained and mighty impressed by the electrifying show put up by the Chennai team and their family members in Mahabs earlier this month.

Ramadan Celebrations at Satven Hyderabad & Chennai

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Iftar parties were organized for Satven associates in Hyderabad and Chennai on the 17th of April 2023.

Our associates followed the tradition of breaking their fast by offering prayers in the evening and sipping water and relishing the dry fruits.

Our CEO addressed the group by wishing them Happy Ramadan in advance and wished for their happiness and wellbeing. Our associates also spoke about the importance of Ramadan and highlighted the importance of “Fasting” as one of the 5 pillars of Islam.

Associates had a fabulous treat on the occasion and got to taste a spread of delicacies along with Haleem which was specially prepared for the occasion.

Zumba Session at Satven HQ

With a catchy tag line “ Zumba, is Fun, is Fitness”, a Zumba session was conducted on the 14th of April at our 5th floor canteen. A team of professional Zumba trainers were at hand to teach the tips of the trade as our associates danced away to some peppy numbers. Associates tried to discover health and happiness in a fun, easy way.

Sankranthi 2023 Celebrations at Satven HQ

The first festival of 2023, Makar Sankranti, the Indian festival of ‘thanksgiving to nature’, was celebrated in Satven’s Hyderabad premises on the 12th of January 2023

Women associates of Satven decorated 3rd floor areas with colorful rangoli depicting Sankranti festivities. A rangoli competition was conducted among the associates. The top three winners were also rewarded. In addition, as the day was earmarked as “Ethnic Day”, several associates turned up to work in traditional attire. The day had a thrilling finish with several teams vying for top honors in the kite festival held on the fifth floor terrace.

We bring select pictures from this exhilarating day. As can be noted, Satvenites marked the arrival of spring with much enthusiasm and gusto. In keeping with the occasion, traditional food was served in our canteen.

Christmas 2022 Celebrations at Satven HQ

In keeping with Satven’s tradition of celebrating major festivals, an event was held on the 15th of December to mark Christmas in our Hyderabad office terrace with associates joining in virtually from global locations.

Pastor Arun from the Life Changing Revival Center along with a team of singers performed at the event. Our CEO briefed the gathering about our future plans and thanked everyone for their invaluable contributions. The event was streamed live and BDMs from Germany and Japan addressed the associates.

Cake cutting was followed by cultural events, including foot-tapping songs and fast-passed dance sequences by talented associates! We thank our Commercial and Admin head, Venkatesh C for his vote of thanks towards the end of this memorable event. Vanabhojanalu Family Event at Satven Hyderabad

Kudos to the Satven gang in Hyderabad for an extremely successful Vanabhojanalu family event that was held on the 12th of November in Trance Greenfields resorts. Hats off to the volunteers of various committees such as transport, culture, food, safety for their hard yakka for several days leading up to the event. The passion and enthusiasm with which they wanted to ensure the success of the event was heart-warming to see.

During the event itself, the traditional lighting of lamp in the morning was followed by various games to engage the gathering of nearly 1000 people. Horses and camels were also deployed for the kids to enjoy fun rides around the venue. The external emcee kept people engrossed well into the afternoon. Tents in which face painting, pot making, and other activities were facilitated were buzzing with people.

The post-lunch session saw short speeches by our leaders on the importance of family in the career advancement of our associates. A quiz specially designed for fresh graduates was also held by Srinivas R (CFO) followed by various cultural performances.

Congratulations once again to Team Hyderabad. We are looking forward to seeing more such event in various cities in the new year.
