    Online Yoga Session at Satven Chennai

    As a part of WOW Initiative, Satven had conducted Online Yoga session for the associates. We had about 30+ nominations for the online yoga session.

    There were 12 sessions and the motive of the Yoga Workshop was primarily on the below.

    Physical health (flexibility, strength, and balance) & Mental Health (Reduce stress and anxiety)
