Automotive Seating Conference 2023 – Shanghai, China

Satven participated in the Polaris 5th Automotive Seating Conference & Exhibition 2023, held on 09th and 10th of November in Shanghai, China, as a presentation Sponsor. The theme of this conference was “Embracing the Intelligent Electric Era, Automotive Seat Technology Innovates the Quality of Life”.

The participants included high level designates from prominent OEMs and Tier-1s in the Seating domain. The interactions had provided great insights on the hot spots of the main OEM, seat assembly factory, seat parts factory, seat material and craft factory under the new regulations. The discussions also touched upon safer, more comfortable, intelligent and lightweight seating solutions.

The eminent speakers presented the latest trends in the Seating technology like Zero Gravity Seating, lightweight materials application etc. The presentations were very interesting to understand the technology direction and gave good insights.

Satven team made a presentation on “Design and Simulation of Complete Seating”, which was one of the core competencies of Satven.

The presentation made by Mr. Prasad Ravula, Manager and Mr. Veeraiah was applauded by the delegates present at the conference.

Satven also had an opportunity to have one-on-one meetings with a few important players in Seating domain and possible future collaboration opportunities were discussed.
