• Perform CAD study (CAD missing, CAD issues, Intersections)
• Prepare the module complexity chart based on the program variants or control models
• Prepare input (CAD/BOM/NGD) data queries, connection/intersection, BOM etc. queries
• Provide direction/clarifications to modeling team for the queries.
• Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
• Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies.
• Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).
• Perform de-penetration/intersection at full vehicle level.
• Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).
• Able to review the full vehicle safety models using standard check sheets
• Able to prepare full vehicle load cases as per safety requirements (FMVSS/ECE/NCAP etc.)
• Perform debug & fix the errors in the analyses.

Requirements:
