      • Provide direction/clarifications to modeling team for the queries.
      • Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
      • Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies.
      • Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).
      • Perform de-penetration/intersection at full vehicle level.

        • Run simulation for the VSA Model to find out the 3D variability of System including Process Capability (Cpk), Z Score and DPMO (Defects per million opportunities)
        • Prepare detailed report with the VSA Study details including the Process chart and HLM Contributors for Engineer’s review
        • Perform Iterations for the VSA Studies based on the Design changes and request from Engineers
