    Job Title:

      HIL Automation Engineer

      Job Summary:

      • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated HIL Automation Engineer to join our validation and testing team.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • HIL Design & Configuration: Develop, maintain, and upgrade hardware in the loop (HIL) test bench architectures and electrical interfaces.
      • Plant Modeling: Create, configure, and calibrate real time simulation models that accurately replicate the physical behavior of sensors, actuators, and environments.
      • Test Automation: Write robust, reusable automation scripts and sequences for functional validation, regression testing, and automated fault injection.
      • Analysis & Debugging: Analyze data logs, diagnose root causes of ECU/controller failures, and generate comprehensive automated test reports.
      • CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with software teams to integrate HIL test benches into Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment pipelines.

      Technical Requirements (Ideal Profile):

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
      • HIL Platform Expertise: Proven experience with leading HIL hardware and software ecosystems, such as dSPACE, National Instruments, Vector, or Typhoon HIL.
      • Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB/Simulink.
      • Communication Protocols: Experience with automotive or industrial networks like CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, or FlexRay.
      • Standards & Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with the ASAM XIL API, version control (Git), and functional safety standards.

      Location & Eligibility Requirements:

      • Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
      • Residency: This is an in-person role located at Tecnoparque. Candidates must reside within the Mexico City Metropolitan Area or be willing to relocate.
      • Language Requirements: Full professional proficiency in English.
